Why I chose art
Fine art is something I always enjoyed doing. In high school, I won a few awards for creating some paintings and pieces for the FAFO art walk in Florida. I also always enjoyed doodling in my notebook during classes and art has always been something that I just come back to as an outlet during study periods in college. Now I am waiting to get into graduate school. I am a history major and I need a few extra funds. Under this time constraint and due to lack of resources I feel that turning to art is a good outlet for me. So I want to pursue freelance painting to see where it can take me and what it is like to make a few extra dollars to fund my college expenses.
