The stories about Peurto Rico on this blog are not meant to offend anyone. They are simply just memories made by a college student who was invited to spend some time within the family. We recognize that the Island of Puerto Rico was never left the same after it met Hurricane Maria and the memories made before the incident are only meant to keep its culture and spirit alive in this time of tragedy as we wait for the world to heal. We all want to reminisce about our travel experiences and hopefully spending some time remembering will liven our spirits to see better days abroad ahead. In the Spring break of about 2016, The artist Rose was invited to visit her aunt in Puerto Rico. During this vacation, they explored el Viejo San Juan.
